Makes Strong Waves. Quality seems quite good. Makes strong waves/current considering its small size. Very easy to install and remove. It’s perfect for a 48″ length tank. I was using a Sobo WP100M wave maker of similar configuration- 6 watt 3000L/H. But the Sunsun is more powerful. Unlike the Sobo it doesn’t have the reverse rotation issue. Ofcouse there is a price difference between them.

I have installed this in my newly setup reef tank. The product does its job as specified. Recommended for tank sizes upto 60 gallons. If your tank is bigger in size I would recommend to buy 2 of these for better water circulation.
