I was amazed to see the drop of temperature from 28 degree Celcius to 22 degree Celecium in 3 hours of usage. I purchased it expecting around 2 degree drop in temperature but I wanted to others know that I got fantastic results. I had a 5 gallon planted aquarium, day temperature was around 37 degree where as aquarium water temp was around 28 degree… with just 3 hours continues use with light off, it dropped temp by 6 degree… now I just have to use for 30-45min between 2 -3 hours gap to main temp aroun 24-25. Noise is almost as low as it can be…. I am happy with this product 🙂

My Aquarium was increasing by 1 degree every half an hour and by the time this fan got delivered and installed within 10 minutes of time the temperature was down to 31 degrees from 32 degrees, a massive 1 degree reduce in 10 mins… Now my Aquarium is maintained between 28-29 degrees, perfect for goldfish…. 5 stars for working, but price could be reduced a bit within 700…no need of second thoughts if you want to maintain a normal temperature for your aquarium
