Usage method:
Rinse the activated carbon with water, then put it into the filter casing, it will start functioning immediately. Please take out the activated carbon from the filter while your fish is treated medically. Refit back after fish recover from illness.
Duration: 3 months, should be replaced with new one after.

Genuine boyu product. Need to wash well before use, but do not wash too much, the black powder never stops coming, no matter how many times you wash. The aquarium water becomes cloudy for a few minutes. Make sure the filter is on. The dust settles down in a couple of hours. The water becomes crystal clear and the odour is also removed. Do not reuse, it’s better you replace with a new one.

I was scared as it doesn’t stop leaving black color because it is carbon. Rinse it once as it will not stop black color. Wrap some cloth then keep it in filter for first time.
