Terms and conditions of Shipping Glass Aquarium Tanks

  • Currently the Aquariums tanks are shipped only to select cities. List of Cities below
  • As of now delivery is possible in select cities in Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telagana only. Avoid queries if you are not from the listed cities.
  • Bangalore, Hosur, Cochin, Coimbatore, Madurai, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Pune

  • Shipping charges depends on how far are you from Chennai and will vary different size of tanks and Size. Consult our team to understand the shipping charges
  • We offer tank with or without cabinet.
  • Installation will be responsibility of the buyer.
  • All the components supplied by the manufacturer will be inside the package.
  • We have weekly two shipments from Chennai. Tuesdays and Saturdays. Aquarium Tanks shipped on Mondays will be delivered within 48 hours of shipping
  • Shipping company will call and confirm delivery time once the package is at the destination Hub.
  • Delivery has to be taken by authorized person and a copy of the ID proof needs to be handed over to the delivery person with a signed copy of the delivery challan.
  • Transport company will not be able to hold be package for more than 24 hours once it arrives at the destination.
  • Delivery will be done on the ground floor of the address only. We will not be responsible delivery on higher floors
  • Do not tip the driver or delivery boys and in case of any demands for additional charges please contact our support team on whatsapp +91 9884434452 immediately.
    Any payments made without our consent will not be our responsibility
  • Policies are subject to change
  • No Cash on Delivery for Glass tanks
  • No return or replacement or change in delivery address applicable once the product leaves the warehouse.
  • Payment can be done either by the way of Bank transfer / Cash Deposit or online payment.
  • For online payment using credit card / Debit card / Internet Banking our whatsapp / chat support team will share a link over SMS / Email / whatsapp.
    You can click the link and make online payment.
  • Once payment is done, you need to send the payment confirmation with transfer details to support@easypets.in and once shipping is scheduled you will get a response with the details.
